    Responsibilities:

    1. Responsible for the preparation of accounting vouchers, and the cash, reimbursement of the current account check and audit;

    2. Accurately calculate the expense consumption of each department within the company;

    3. Responsible for monthly settlement, preparation of accounting statements, tax declaration matters;

    4. Responsible for the management of business plan, budget preparation and examination form by superiors;

    5. Responsible for the handling of banking, finance, taxation, finance, industry and commerce;

    6. Responsible for salary accounting, social security payment and other matters;

    7. Responsible for the management of accounts receivable, accounts payable and other accounts receivable and payable;

    8. Responsible for the summary, numbering, sorting, classification and filing of accounting documents such as accounting vouchers, accounting books and accounting statements;

    9、Assist superior to establish and strictly implement accounting management system and accounting business process.

    4. Responsible for the reimbursement of staff expenses
    5. Responsible for staff attendance, and make attendance forms;
    6. Responsible for fixed assets management and office environment maintenance;
    7. Responsible for meeting minutes, data collection and follow-up of R&D progress;
    8. Actively complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.
